MUMBAI: Multi-talented Bollywood singer Ila Arun is making her singing debut on the small screen. While she was seen as an actress few decades ago on Indian television, Ila has chosen to lend her magical voice for an upcoming show on Star Bharat.

The show is tentatively titled Ek Thi Rani, Ek Tha Ravan and is based on a sensitive issue that is prevalent in today’s society. It will be produced by Suzana Ghai’s Panorama Entertainment.

The song sung by Ila Arun empowers the women of today to fight and stand up for themselves. This song is an integral part of the show; thus, the makers of the show were sure that they wanted Ila Arun to sing the song.

Ila Arun confirmed the news.

The show will feature Ram Yashvardhan, Manul Chudasama, and Aditi Bhagat in the lead roles.
