The pretty face of Bollywood and small screen, Sana Saeed, is all set to show us her all new avatar in the adventure reality series Khatron Ke Khiladi aka KKK (Endemol & Colors).

The Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actress believes that reality shows help us learn a lot about ourselves.

In a candid conversation with Tellychakkar.com, the actress shared how karma took a revenge on her in the show. When asked about the scariest task on KKK, Sana quipped, “As we had to perform many dare devil stunts, it is difficult to pick the toughest one. There was a task where chick food was spread all over me and those little creatures were pecking away to glory. I think it was karma rearing its head because I am a non-veg lover! So the chicks I eat were feeding on me.”

While talking about the show, the actress said, “It was great, fantastic and fantabulous! Of course we have had many uncomfortable moments in the game, but unless you push yourself till the end, you will never realize what you can actually do. Reality shows teach you a lot about yourself.”

We also quizzed her about how Arjun (Kapoor) was as a host and Sana was all praises for the actor. “Being a young host, it was definitely easy from our end to gel with him. Arjun was able to create a very positive vibe around us, which helped us relax,” she said.
