Sarkar Raj fame Ravi Kale roped in for Diya Aur Baati Hum

Shashi-Sumeet Productions' popular show, Diya Aur Baati Hum on Star Plus will provide a new thrill and intrigue in its new track based out in West Bengal.

As we know, protagonist Deepika Singh aka Sandhya is presently seen in a Bengali avatar, which is part of her mission.

Well, the makers were on the lookout for a powerful performer to play the main negative force in this track.

Reports coming in state that talented South Indian actor Ravi Kale who has a lot of movies down South to his credit has been roped in for the role. The actor is even today remembered for his powerful portrayals in movies Sarkar, Sarkar Raj and Khakee.

As per a reliable source, "Ravi will play the role of a powerful terrorist who would be the mastermind behind the illegal activities."

We sent out a text message to Producer Sumeet H Mittal, but did not get any revert till the time we filed the story.
