In fact, he is the one who sets <em>Maryada</em> for viewers on Star Plus and teaches parents about <em> Parvarrish</em> on Sony Entertainment Television. In short, he is the one who decides the taking of every shot based on a particular scene. <em>Tellychakkar.com</em> corners Imtiaz and chats up with him for a free-wheeling interview for the Behind the Lens segment. Dialogue writer Manasvi Sharma is a versatile person and has been a part of the television industry for quite some time now. Having qualified himself in the trade of architecture from the Madhav Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), Gwalior, he passed out of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune in 2004. Having written most of the shows for production house DJ’s A Creative Unit, Manasvi made his debut as a film director with Rajshri Productions' <em>Love U...Mr. Kalakaar</em>.

Megha Sharma, an ex Gladrags model, actress, homemaker and currently the Creative Head of DJ’S A Creative Unit, is mother of two beautiful daughters. Having started her journey in this industry as an actor at the age of 16, later she decided to take up a job behind the camera, which is quite challenging. Now, her biggest goal in life is to make her show, <em>Parvarrish</em>, the numero uno show among all the shows on Sony Entertainment Television.
