The bubbly actress who hails from Kanpur has come a long way in this industry. Kirti always wanted to become an actress but her family was against this. After completing her B.A from the city she came to Mumbai in search of work. Her first step towards achieving her dream was to join theatre. She began work with Nadira Babbar and then started to give her auditions for television.

Her first show on television was Manzile Apni Apni which was a cameo. She got her first big break on Sahara One with Har Mod Par and after that there was no looking back. Kirti met her husband Sharad on the sets of Aakrosh. The relation slowly developed and within 15 days they decided to get married to each other.

A complete foodie, Kirti is so fond of Chinese cuisine that can eat it for every meal.
