Tarana Raja Kapoor became a household name with her famous show Good morning Mumbai on Go 92.5 F.M. The immensely talented actress has tried her hands at almost everything. Apart from being a radio jockey Tarana has also been a voice-over artist, emcee and anchor. She has anchored DD1’s Top Ten and Star One’s Apni Tuning Jamegi.

Tarana has also acted in serials like Sanjeevani, Kumkum, Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Kkusum. She is currently anchoring Lets Talk, a celebrity chat show on Zoom. Tarana has previously anchored the curtain raiser and red carpet for Zee Cine Awards 2006 and The Star Parivar Awards 2004. Now the actress is all set to host a new reality show- Indian Investor Of The Year for CNBC Awaaz. Tarana has also featured in movies like Pyaar Ke Side Effects and Yash Raj’s Laaga Chunari Mein Daag.

An avid reader Tarana reads whatever she can lay her hands on. She is also a trained kathak dancer as well as an instructor and performer at Shiamak Davar’s Dance School. Tarana is also involved in social work and supports the cause of children suffering from dyslexia.

Tarana is married to Raja Kapoor and stays in Mumbai.
