Actress Amrita Rao was born on 7thJune 1981 In Mumbai.Se graduated in Psychology from Sophia's College,Mumbai.She debuted in Bollywood with the film Ab ke Baras. She moved on to starring in films like Ishq Vishk,Masti ,Main Hoon Na , Vivah , Welcome to Sajjanpur,Jolly LLB,Pyaare Mohan,Shikhar and Satyagraha; all of wich were recieved well at the box office and the actress was appreciated for her acting skills in the same.She also gave a series of flops in the movies Shortkut, Love U...Mr. Kalakaar!,Singh Saab The Great etc. She continues to potray supporting roles in a lot of films now. Nut we await her comeback into Bollywood with a pathbreaking film soon.
