Actress Nikita Dutta, who will play the role of Lakshmi in the forthcoming TV show 'Dream Girl- Ek Ladki Deewani Si', is very conscious about her eating habits and feels the best way to stay fit is to eat healthy food at regular intervals. Nikita Dutta was born and brought up in New Delhi. Later, she moved to Mumbai along with her parents. She has completed her college from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. She was one of the finalist in 'The Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2012'. She practices the mix of power yoga, cardio exercises and meditation to stay fit.
