Pallavi has worked in several shows for Balaji Telefilms. She was selected for the role of Gayatri in the show Karam Apnaa Apnaa on Star Plus. Thereafter Pallavi signed up for another show on Star Plus – Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki playing the role of Gunn. She later replaced Arunima Sharma in the role of Rano in Kasamh Se, a soap opera on Zee TV. She played the role of Urvashi Sanghvi in Basera on NDTV Imagine and has worked on other shows including Peehar (as Dr. Sara), Bajega Band Baaja (as Dilpreet), Paap Punya Ka Lekha Jokha, Sanskar, Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat and the TV series Sujata, along with several other serials. She worked with Balaji Telefilms on its Colors TV show Bairi Piya playing the part of Chiggy Bahu and later appeared in Sphere Origin's Jyoti show on NDTV Imagine in the role of Asha.
