In 2007, Ghatge portrayed Preeti Sabarwal, a fictional member of the Indian women's national hockey team, in the movie, Chak De! India whereupon she became the brand ambassador of Reebok India She has appeared in fashion magazines and various fashion shows. Ghatge appeared in the 2009 film, Fox as Urvashi Mathur. She later portrayed Kamiah in Miley Naa Miley Hum. Ghatge's first lead role is opposite Emraan Hashmi in the movie Rush, which released on October 24, 2012. Ghatge has appeared in Satish Rajwade's Marathi movie Premachi Goshta with Actor Atul Kulkarni which was released in February 2013. Premachi Goshta was her first Marathi movie
