India Calling gets pretty face Karishma Randhawa to play Tara Vadhera in the show. While Karishma started shooting for the show from 1 May, she will be seen on the show from 9 May.

The actor who is seen in Mahi Ve on Sab and was last seen in Hello Dollie is playing the daughter of a multi-millionaire business tycoon and a Harvard graduate who comes to India to her father's company.
Aditya and Tara connect instantly as they share similar interests, tastes and beliefs, and come from the same background.
"I play a young, energetic, chic, understanding and urban sweet girl who comes to the call centre because her father has some stake in the company. She's not a worker in the company but she comes to learn from the people. It's about how her friendship grows with Aditya. It's not a negative character rather I play the parallel lead and the look is very much like my own self in the show," says Karishma.

The story proceeds with Aditya (Vipul Gupta) totally in love with Chandni but also shares a wonderful rapport with Tara. They grow to become best of friends. Kamini Khanna (Nigar Z Khan), Aditya's bhabhi, on the other hand are keen that Tara and Aditya marry.
