An age-old-adage says like father like son. In case of Divyanka Tripathi, it seems to be like mother like daughter! Though Divyanka's mother did not become an actor eventually, she also won the same beauty pageant that her daughter won in college!

"Actually both my mother and me are from Nutan College in Bhopal. There is a beauty pageant that takes place in the college every year and the winner is titled Miss Nutan. My mother won the title during her college days and even I became Miss Nutan when I was in college! In fact that was my first reality show victory!" says the actress who eventually went on to win many a beauty pageant.
