Divyanka Tripathi
Best remembered for her role in Banoo Main Teri Dulhan (Zee TV) and Mrs and Mr Sharma Allahabadwaley (SAB TV), the appealing Divyanka Tripathi is now seen playing a Tamilian in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein on Star Plus. The fine-looking lady, who loves eating chocolates and is colourful at heart, answers a few rapid fire questions for our Quickie section. What is your comfort food after a hard day’s work? I would love to eat homemade vegetarian food. Most played song on your iPod? I love listening to Mera Kuch Saamaan Tumhare Paas Pada Hai by Asha Bhosle. If you were to get stuck somewhere with no phone or internet, where would it be and with whom? I would love to be on an exotic hill station with my loved ones. Live-in or marriage? I believe in the institution of marriage. Love is… Love is to understand one another. Sex is… Sex is an important aspect of a relationship but certainly not a compulsion. Craziest rumor you have heard about yourself? Well, I did not but what my father heard was definitely surprising when someone informed him of me being a married woman. My father tried to explain the person of me being single but all attempts proved futile. What is best done slowly…eating or kissing? Kissing should be done slowly according to me. Every person needs? Every person needs love in life. What is something that you need to stop doing immediately? I need to stop eating chocolates! What have you always wanted to do but never done? I always wanted to be a prankster and play pranks on people, but have failed to pull them off so well. One word that describes you? I am a colourful person.
