Tinsel town's chocolate boy Fahad Ali, who was recently seen on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is a fitness freak to the core.  

The actor, who rose to limelight with The Buddy Project and Mooh Boli Shaadi, is one of the fittest actors of the telly industry and he works hard to stay fit and healthy. In order to achieve his objective, he follows some fitness fundas. The actor hits the gym quite often and his social media profile speaks a lot about it. We thought of asking the fitness freak Fahad Ali to share some fitness tips for our readers.

Workout - You should know about your body and what you are planning to achieve and workout accordingly. Everyone aims different; some aim to have muscles while some just aim to have a lean and a fit body. I go to the gym quite often but I have been missing out on this from the last few days because of my busy schedule.  

Eat healthy – It’s one of the key factors that should be followed. One must take proper diet in order to stay fit.                                  

Drink plenty of water - I try to drink 4 litres of water per day because it’s very important to drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.

Sound sleep – It’s not good to take stress and stay awake till late in the night. A good amount of sleep during the night is very important and I try to sleep at least 7 hours a day.   

Have a positive attitude - Having a positive attitude helps you to achieve a healthy mind.
