MUMBAI: Marriages are made in heaven, we see many Celebes getting married to each other, some of their marriage while on the other hand, few marriages find it difficult to make the way of Happiness. We have seen many Bollywood celebrities breaking their marriages and part ways.

Having said that, after the breaking of the marriages partners have to pay heavy alimony amount to their partners and listening to the amount you will drop to the floor because the amount of alimony is not just lakhs or crores of rupees, but some celebs had to let go of their mansions too.

Here are case few marriages in Bollywood that were broken and we have witnessed partners giving some heavy alimony:

Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani

One of the finest director-producer of Bollywood Farhan Akhtar was married to Adhuna Bhabani, after being married for 15 years, Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani announced their decision to split and in alimony, we heard that a jointly owned bungalow's ownership was given to Adhuna along with one-time alimony amount which wasn't revealed by the couple.

Prabhu Deva and Ramlath

Bollywood’s one of the finest Choreographer director Prabhu Deva tied his knot with Ramlath, the couple filed for divorce in 2010. Later it was said that Prabhu Deva agreed to give three residential properties, two cars, and 10 lakh in alimony to Ramlath and his two sons and in return, the wife agreed to withdraw all the cases against him.

Sanjay Dutt and Rhea Pillai

Sanju Baba was earlier married to a model Rhea Pillai, they both got married in the year 1988 and later in 2008, they parted ways. Later we saw the news of them getting divorced floating around and we heard that the actor gave a flat worth Rs 8 crore and a car as the divorce settlement.

Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur

As per the reports it was said that in Alimony Karisma Kapoor got Sunjay's father's house (in Khar), Sunjay has to purchase bonds worth Rs. 14 crores for the children, which will attract a monthly interest of around Rs. 10 lakh."

Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan

Saif Ali Khan was married to Amrita Singh before Bebo, they both got married in 1991 and after 13 years of wedlock, they decided to part ways and file for divorce. The actor once revealed while speaking to the media that he had to give Amrita Rs 5 crore of Alimony amount, also he had to pay 1 lakh every month till his son becomes 18 years old.

Well looking at these examples of broken marriages of Bollywood celebs we came to know how expensive these divorces cost them.
