Whirls of unconfirmed rumours about Preity Zinta planning to settle down in the US after selling her stake in Kings XI and settling the case with Ness Wadia started doing the rounds in media yesterday. However, the actress herself found these rumours amusing. Tweeting from Los Angeles where she has been staying for the past one week, Preity wrote: "A big Thank U 2 all the people 4the support. Amazed at how much speculation in the media. No I'm not selling my stake or settling in the US." Preity also stressed on the need to focus on other important issues rather than training the guns on her. "SO called sources says anything & its getting reported. Pls No hearsay. There are many IMP Issues in India which are much more news worthy." Preity who left for the US immediately after filing the complaint against Ness will be returning back to India tomorrow. She is expected to meet the police officials to record her detailed statement again. Mumbai police commissioner Rakesh Maria who spoke to Preity on Wednesday was quoted saying, "We will take further action once Zinta's statement is recorded. We have to see the sequence of events too." Let's wait and see how things pan out for Preity and Ness in the coming days. Looking at Preity's resolve, it looks like a long legal battle awaits the Wadia family.
