Aadeshh to flaunt his six pack abs soon...

‘Six-pack abs’ frenzy has long infected Bollywood actors and now it seems to be catching up with TV actors as well. Shahrukh Khan ignited the trend of packs in his movie Om Shanti Om and later many jumped into the hodbod bandwagon, namely Aamir Khan, Imran Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, John Abraham and others. The latest name who will soon figure on the illustrious list is TV actor Aadeshh Chaudhry.

Aadeshh, who is currently playing the role of Deegu in Colors’ Laagi Tujhse Lagan, has been hitting the gym regularly and sweating it out to be the proud owner of a well-toned six-pack abs. The actor is on a strict diet from the last two months and he told us that he is all set to unleash his six pack punch by December.

“I am working hard to have a fit body. I am preparing for the future. Furthermore, it will make me look better,” said Aadeshh.

What’s the use of a good body without a strong mind? And Aadeshh is absolutely aware of it. So along with lifting heavy weights he is also working towards developing positive thoughts, for which he is watching motivating movies like The Secret.
