Abhishek Awasthi replaces Jay on Jubilee Comedy

After the recent issue with Pooja Gor, now it’s Jay Soni’s turn to have a problem with Jubilee Comedy. He has been replaced by Abhishek Awasthi and fortunately, there is good reason. Says a source, “Jay Soni had certain issues, he was not comfortable playing anything and everything in the act. He is a bit shy doing certain things, especially playing a girl. Abhishek is now finalized to replace him. There were no problems as such and hence was sorted mutually.” Says Jay, “It was by mutual consent, Somehow I just could not play a girl. Also I can’t shave my legs, I feel it’s very gay-ish, I simply could not (smiles). But, it was an amazing experience.” Abhishek remained unavailable to comment.
