Chhal ratings finally picking up with paranormal track - Hunar Hali

If Chhal-Sheh Aur Maat' viewers were left confused with massive genre change (thriller to family drama) there is more to come. With the social story (Aditi turning negative and having a face-off with her mother-in-law Ija) also not impressing TRP meters the Creative’s (Bhairavi Raichura and Nandita Mehra Production) are currently going down the paranormal route. Regular watchers of this Colors show must have already noticed this track kicking in. It will now go full blown with the death of Aditi that would be telecast soon.

Confirming this new twist lead actress Hunar Hali said, “Yes, but I can’t give more details. The only thing I can say is that doing the role of a lost spirit is quite a challenging task.” However, she is happy that for the first time, the ratings of Chhal are actually picking up (1.3 TVR) albeit slowly but surely. Let’s hope this positive trend continues. Our source says that the channel may have given the Creative’s one final chance via this track before deciding to pull the plug. Hunar disputed the last ditch attempt and added, “This is surely a good plan to save Chhal.” In closing, the Chandigarh kudi Hunar, who first came on the scene with Grihasti, asked viewers of the show to continue giving their love and blessings to her debut main lead show.
