Disha Parmar, the lead actress of Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara on Star Plus (Rajshri Productions) has caught the attention of the masses pretty early in age, in fact with her debut performance, in the above show as Pankhuri. “The girl is very talented and has put the show on great heights of popularity. She is also very hard working and professional on the sets. My sources have told me,” quipped a reporter at Tellychakkar.com. And all her efforts have paid off and she has been nominated in Best New Fresh (Female) category at The Twelfth Indian Telly Awards.

The latest season of Master Chef on Star Plus (Colosceum) has managed to click with the masses. Now as part of show integration, the main characters of the channel’s other project, namely Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, are shooting on the sets of Master Chef today (22 March 2013).

Disha Parmar who plays the lead role of Pankhuri in Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Rajshri Productions) loves to go shopping and uses it as a means to de-stress after a hard day's work. Disha, the homely girl tells us, "I simply love shopping. But this does not mean that I will buy anything and everything. I pick something that appeals me." Also, the girl does not like to go pub-bing. "I will rather prefer to watch a movie than partying. I saw Jab Tah Hai Jaan lately, and I love Shahrukh Khan a lot," states Disha.

Rajshri Productions’ Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, on Star Plus sees some major turning points this week wherein the lead protagonist Aditya (Nakuul Mehta) in a spur of the moment puts sindoor on Pankhuri’s (Disha Parmar) forehead and accepts her as his wife.
