After Ramayana and Pati, Patni Aur Woh, <a href= http://www.tellychakkar.com/stardiary/foothold/how-i-got-my-foothold-industry>Gurmeet Chaudhary</a> who blessed us with his portrayal of Lord Ram in Sagar Arts' <a href= http://www.tellychakkar.com/y2k9/may/23may/news_ramayan.php>Ramayan</a> will now be seen in Endemol's tentatively-titled Geet on Star One. <a href= http://www.tellychakkar.com/y2k8/dec/6dec/soulcurry.php>Shalini Kapoor</a>,Talat Rekhi, Mayank Sharma and Rinku Bohra will also be seen with him.

After Ramayana and Pati, Patni Aur Woh, Gurmeet Chaudhary who blessed us with his portrayal of Lord Ram in Sagar Arts' Ramayan will now be seen in Endemol's tentatively-titled Geet on Star One. Shalini Kapoor,Talat Rekhi, Mayank Sharma and Rinku Bohra will also be seen with him. A source informs, "The show is set against the backdrop of Punjab and is a typical family drama. Gurmeet will play the lead role of Arjun. Shalini will essay Amarjeet, mother of the protagonist Geet. Mayank, who is seen in Sabki Laadli Bebo will play Brij, Geet's brother and Rinku will play Dolly in the show. Talat Rekhi who was seen in Kkavyanjali will play the patriarch of the family. In all probability, new face Soumya Seth will play the title role; but the channel is yet to confirm it. The guy who plays Angad, the male lead opposite Geet, is also yet to be finalised. The show is expected to replace Love Ne Milla Di Jodi." Gurmeet Chaudhary denied having even auditioned for the show. We tried contacting Shalini Kapoor but she remained unavailable.
