"Reality shows can wait" for Shivshakti Sachdev

Shivshakti Sachdev made her mark in the fascinating world of entertainment with Bebo in Sabki Laadli Bebo. Currently, this spirited actress is seen in a negative avatar, Pinky, in Raakesh Paswan’s Afsar Bitiya on Zee TV. In Sabki, fans adored and admired her as Bebo who was sweet and innocent. So what prompted her to take up a negative role?

“When Raakesh Paswan offered me the character I was more than happy because I wanted to show my fans that I am also capable of portraying a character like Pinky, who is selfish and self-centered,” says Shivshakti.

Now, people have started calling her by her screen name Pinky, which she considers to be a compliment. “I like when people call me as Pinky. It means my character is being recognized,” she goes on to share.

So what about her future plans? Will she opt for reality shows?

“First I want to establish myself as a good actor and then I will do reality shows. It is always a challenge to prove your acting talent in the industry and I think reality shows can wait.”
