Reshmii Ghosh to return on television

Reshmii Ghosh (Bhoomi of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhie Bahu Thi) is making her comeback with Swastik Pictures’ next Maan Rahe Tera Pitah on Sony Television. A source from the show says, “Reshmii plays a very pivotal character. She will have a very different look. She plays main lead, Anmol’s brother Varun Badola’s wife. We have started shooting in Singoli at Madhya Pradesh with Archana who plays the main lead and Pramod Moutho. Varun and Reshmii are supposed to start shooting in a day or two.” Ghosh confirmed being a part of the show but couldn’t reveal more about it. Rashmii has worked with Archana in the reality show Kaun Jeetega Ticket to Bollywood. This is the second time they will share the screen together. The show is launching in the prime time slot, on April 26. It is the story of a girl who fights for the pride of her mentally challenged father. The male lead of the show is not yet finalised. The male lead is expected to enter in the show after 15-20 episodes. Siddharth Tiwari of Swastik Pictures is heading the creative team. The first schedule is for 15 days and will end in the second week of next month. The story is set in a coal mine and the issues faced by mine workers are also expected to be dealt with, in the show.
