Veena Malik accused of manhandling female co-star

Looks like Pakistani actress Veena Malik has a penchant for controversies. Her every act qualifies for a headline, be it posing topless for a magazine or having ISI tattooed on her arm, this sexy lass knows how to be in news for all the wrong reasons. But this time, she has been dragged into a controversy by someone else.

Incidentally, a model, Vedita Pratap Singh has accused Veena of manhandling her on the sets of their movie, Mumbai 125 kilometers. But Veena lashes out the allegation. "Who is this girl and why should I be insecure of her. She (Vedita) just wants to garner cheap publicity at my cost," said Veena over the phone from Dubai.

In fact, she said that Vedita's version of the story is concocted. "I am in Dubai since last 30 days how can I manhandle or hurt her. The incident which she claims to be real is actually a reel shot and her injures seen on her forehead in the picture is mere makeup and a film grab," added Veena.

The filmmaker of Mumbai 125 kilometers, Hemant Madhukar also substantiated Veena's stand, "I am not aware of any such incident on the sets of my film. Since 24 December 2011, Veena has not shot a single scene for us. I have no idea what Vedita is talking about."
