Every employee in itself has a unique characteristic.

Mr. Joshi the current manager has retired from the bank and it now is obvious that Mr. Pagare will take over as the manager, which is really not the case as a new manager has been appointed.

The situation gets chaotic in the bank as well as in the colony when it is found that a new manager has been appointed who actually is a lady.

Mr. Pagare’s ego is hurt as a lady would be ruling him as his boss. Same is the case in the colony as the women will have to deal with her husband who manages the house as he a house husband.
