Ami Trivedi, better known as Kittu in the Indian television circle, is back with a new show -- Cinevistaa's,<em> Jaane Kya Baat Hui </em>. There has been a lot of rumours floating around on the role she is playing in the serial. Most of the stories doing rounds claim that Ami is playing a negative role in the serial. Whereas, actually it is quite the opposite! Ami clears the confusion in an exclusive chat with Tellychakkar.

The vivacious host of NDTV Imagine's<em> Indiadhanush,</em> Ami Trivedi is gearing up for her next stint on the newly launched channel COLORS. The actress will be seen in <em> Jane Kya Baat Hui</em> which includes Sanjeet Bedi and Shweta Tiwari as main leads. Ami Trivedi turns a year older today as she celebrates her birthday today but there is no celebration. She is busy shooting for her show<em> Rakhi</em> on Zee and as she fasts on Tuesdays there is no party today. But Ami did have a blast last night with her close friends. “I’m busy shooting today and as I also fast on Tuesday so definitely there is no party for me. May be on the sets we’ll have a small celebration,” says Ami.

The vivacious <em> Ami Trivedi</em> who is seen in<em> Zaara</em> has bagged a cameo on Zee’s<em> Rakhi</em.. The chulbuli actress has entered the show as<em> Lavanya </em>and will be taking revenge on Nandini (Nupur Joshi) and her family. “For the first time I’ll be essaying a negative role on screen. This will be a cameo for just a few months,” confirms Ami.

Ami Trivedi who is currently seen in Sahara One’s <em> Zaara</em> as a lead has almost completed her shooting schedule for the show. The gracious actress is planning to fly to London to meet her dad now. She has managed to get some time off from her other show<em> Indiadhanush</em> on NDTV Imagine. “Only one shooting schedule is left of<em> Zaara</em>, after that I’ll take a small break. I’m eagerly looking forward to meet my dad,” says Ami.

Sahara One’s <em>Kittu Sab Jaanti Hai </em>is being pulled off air and Ami Trivedi aka the protagonist Kittu is disheartened. In a tete-a-tete with tellychakkar.com.The spunky actor, reveals, “It’s a big blow. For some time I just couldn’t digest the fact. We are all trying to come to terms with it.” Though she is not clear about the reasons for its termination, “It was doing well but I don’t know exactly why they decided to end the serial.”
