They may not make it big as playback singers but Zee TV definitely looks after their singers from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. After assigning anchoring duties to former Sa Re.. participants Himani Kapoor and Debojit Saha, Zee has picked Mauli Dave(Challenge 2007) to host a show on their recently launched GEC Zee Next. Says Mauli, “It’s too early to say anything as nothing is finalised yet. Talks are on and the moment we come to an agreement, I shall tell you all the details. Though, I wouldn’t deny that it’s for anchoring a show.”

Ihad met the softspoken Debojit Saha when Zee announced the top ten for the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge. After talking to him for some time, I realised that the man had a hunger in him that made him go that extra mile to get the highest prize! And God knows that his journey has been a tough one, but he had perhaps set his eyes only on his final goal -- to become India's voice!
