In a recent survey it was revealed that the ever-rising number of infanticide, female foeticide, and human trafficking prevalent in India has earned it the reputation (read: disgrace) of being the fourth most dangerous place for women in the entire world. And the rampant injustice against the fairer sex is not restricted to the interiors of the country alone. Even in a metropolis like Mumbai women from all quarters of society are being targeted.
