Remember Raghu of Zee’s <em> Jab Love Hua</em>? Sudeep Sahir is back with a new show. This time on Star Plus and he is roped in to play one of the leads in <em> Santaan</em>. He’ll be essaying the character of eldest son Kartik in the family. “I was on a break after <em> Jab… </em> went off air. I was waiting for a meaty role and <em> Santaan</em> came my way. I’m happy and satisfied,” says Sudeep.

Post her last show,<em> Jab Love Hua,</em> Priya Badlani has not been seen on the idiot box these days. Notwithstanding, the actress is utilizing her free time to enjoy her new found passion for dance, that too Kathak. "I'm very fond of dance and I also know a few steps of jazz and salsa. Learning traditional dance is not every one's cup of tea therefore; I thought of enrolling myself for Kathak classes."

She is quite content and happy playing the parallel lead in Zee's daily <em> Jab Love Hua,</em> but what's irking Monaz Mevewalla is the hearsay that her show is being pulled off. "I agree that the TRPs are not high, but the channel is responsible for the same as they, unfortunately, are not giving the show the due publicity. To make matters worse the repeated time slot changes (currently 11 pm slot) have impaired the situation, "claims this Parsi babe who debuted on television with Zee's <em> Kitty Party</em>.

After churning out a successful show like <em>Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi</em> for Sony, Tony and Deeya Singh are coming back to Zee after two years with <em>Jab Love Hua</em>. The show introduces Priya Badlani (plays Aanya Shroff) and Sudeep Sahir (plays Raghu) apart from a host of actors like Suhasini Mulay,Vivek Vaswani, Rameshwari, Amir Dalvi, Mehr Acharya, Madhur Somanghamani, Rahul Lohani,Himanshi Chowdhry and Shalini Khanna.

It'll be the sweetest April ever for television viewers this season! The final week of this month will see the launch of as many as five new shows, with four shows clashing on the same day -- 24 April! Interestingly, all of them are primetime shows and will be vying for the attention of the same set of viewers. The one hour starting 9 pm will thus be the most closely fought television battle ever!
