Star Plus’ <em>Bidaai</em>, serial sans glam quotient is consistently garnering a TRP of four plus despite its simplicity and no saas-bahu slant to sail it through. What sets this serial apart from other soaps in the league is its regular introduction of cameos that attach one link of the story to another and makes it interesting. The film also stars Manasi and Rohit Roy, Diya Mirza, Sanjay Suri, and Sophie Chaudhry. "It's a story about few college friends who come together after a long time. I'm playing the role of a skeptical writer," says Samir.
