<strong>Click on the pic to view slideshow</strong> When I called up reality show winner and Hindi film actor Sandeep Sachdev to dine with me at Shikara in Navi Mumbai, he was skeptic about coming all the way from his Malad residence. Nevertheless, he consented to our interview over dinner at this unique thematic restaurant which had Kashmiri houseboats in water flanked by formal seating and baithaks on its sides.

After sixteen weeks of losing those extra pounds, it was time to reap the profits. Losing 50.7 kilos not only helped Sandeep Sachdev win Sahara's <em> Biggest Loser</em> contest but it also fetched him Rs.1 lakh for every kilo lost, which amounted to Rs.50,70,000. A film contract and a solitaire diamond just proved to be the icing on the cake.

Sahara One's reality show Biggest loser Jeetega is in its last lap. Now, we just have three finalists - Sandeep Sachdev, Natasha Grover and Hiren Bhawsar who are currently sweating it out for the crown of the <em> Biggest Loser</em>. While the pressure to cut the flab is pushing the contestants to the limit, they are also itching to get back home after 16 weeks of being at Amby valley. "I'm concentrating on the finals. It'll be great to return back home after such a long time. We all had great time during work outs," utters Sandeep Sachdev.
