Mr Perfectionist <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/aamir-khans-talk-show-star-plus>Aamir Khan</a>, who is known for being very selective with his works, is all set to debut on TV. The actor didn’t jump on the bandwagon of Bollywood stars hosting shows and according to him he was waiting for the right time to spill magic on the small screen. The actor with the Midas touch will soon host a chat show on Star Plus which is expected to go on air early next year. In an interview with Tellychakkar, Aamir talks about his show, films, marketing strategies and more. Excerpts:

Not many may be aware that he started his career with teen shows and is best known for playing the role of Vir in <em>Kya Mast Hai Life</em> on Disney. Having moved into the prime time on a GEC <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/gossip/smiley-shaheers-real-life-navya>Shaheer Sheikh</a> is now a well known face. And it is with his character as Anant that the actor has already made a mark. TellyChakkar met the new blue eyed boy of Star Plus’ <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/danica-moadi-enter-navya>Navya</a></em> who is making waves.

He is tall, handsome and a software engineer. And no, it’s not a matrimonial ad. After working in Bangalore for some time, <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/rahil-play-lead-sphere-origins-next>Rahil Azam</a> moved to Mumbai to make a career in acting. And if you look at some of the shows he has done from <em>Hatim, Yeh Meri Life Hai, Bhabhi, Resham Dankh</em> and <em><a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/babul-ka-aangann-secret-revealed>Babul Ka Aangan Chootey Naa</a></em>, Rahil has had more hits than misses.

<a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/did-you-know/actress-manasi-parekh-married-singer>Manasi Parekh</a> who was last seen as the host on <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/manasi-parekh-host-india-rocks> ‘Idea Rocks India’ </a> is back after a long hiatus. She is back on a mainstream channel with her show <em> Gulaal </em> opposite Raahil Azam. <em> Gulaal</em> is the story of a young girl who has been gifted with the power to sense water under the ground. TellyChakkar spoke to Manasi to know more on <em> Gulaal</em> and what had kept her busy post <em> Idea Rocks India</em>.

The pretty <a href= http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/barkha-bisht-goes-sajan-ghar-fills-neha-saxenas-shoes>Barkha Bisht</a> is currently playing the lead in Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai. The actress who is also known for her two dancing feet will be debuting in Bollywood with a sizzling dance number in Prakash Jha’s <em>Rajneeti</em>. The song is out and Bisht looks ravishing in it. TellyChakkar caught up with the stunner. <strong>How did you get into acting?</strong>

Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been doing well on the channel and so naturally it has benefitted not only the show’s lead pair but also its character artistes. Whether it is Sandip Mehta, Sanjeev Seth, Ather Habib, Pooja Joshi or the veteran Vinita Malik, all of them seem to be tailor made for the roles they are playing. However, the character of Mahendra Pratap Singhania stands out. Played by Sanjay Gandhi, the character fondly called <em>Daddajee</em>, has become quite popular for his mannerisms and acting. TellyChakkar meets the man behind <em>Daddajee</em>.

Rakhi Sawant is back to where she belongs – reality shows, especially a dance reality show. Rakhi is participating in the second edition of Star Plus’ <em>Zara Nachke Dikha.</em> This will be her first show after her not so private breakup with fiancé Elesh Parujanwala. She is happy to be back, and so are her viewers in expectation of some high-drama. And there are enough ingredients this time to make <em>ZND</em> spicy what with ex-boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi, part of the show as well. Rakhi spoke to TellyChakkar during the launch event of the show.
