After many musical months the search for India’s singing <em> gharana</em> comes to an end. And the proud winners who take home a Tata Indigo SX4.are the Punjabi brothers. The finals between Punjabi Brothers ( Haneet, Amit and Arvind) and Ali Brothers ( Mehboob Ali, Misbah and Yasub) was keenly contested and it was indeed difficult to vote the best. But ultimately Mausere<em> bhai </em> –the Punjabi brothers emerged victorious.

This week there will be a shocking elimination in <em> Waar Parriwar</em>. Well the dark horse of the show Chaturvedi family has been ousted. "As soon as their name was announced everything came to a standstill as a strong contender for the title got eliminated from the show," says our<em> khabroo</em>. "But they did take it in good spirit. Though the little boy was sad his father said that it was not the end," adds the source. Now the final two competitors are the Punjabi brothers and the Mehboob family.

This was not a good time for Shambu Pandit's family as last week they entered the show via the wild card and this week they were ousted. "Our<em> khabroo </em> informs, "Shambu Pandit family earlier known as Ramshankar family is out this week and this time they took it very sportingly." There was no drama on the sets this week. "For both the episodes there were no tears but just laughter on the sets. The family knew that this time luck was not favouring them."

Tonight there is no elimination on <em> Waar Parriwar</em>, as its time for a wild card entry. So all the eliminated jodis gather for some tough competition and only two families make their way back in the show. “Ali Ghani and Ramshankar (now known as the Shambhu Pandit family) are the winners of the wild card entry,” informs our source. “Out of the evicted families the top three were selected. The Tiwari family, Shambhu Pandit and Ali Ghani were on the list and then the final two were announced,” adds the source.

<em> Waar Parriwar</em> on Sony has always seen celebrity judges on the show but now the producer of the show Gajendra Singh has decided to have permanent judges. Udit Narayan and Kumar Sanu have been roped in for the same. Earlier there was only one judge or the in- house mentor, Jatin Pandit but now he’ll be accompanied by the two new judges.

Salt is all happening on <em> Waar Parriwar</em>. Monday evenings are becoming more of shock therapies on the show. With poor votes coming in for some truly talented teams the eliminations are dreaded. After the shocking ouster of the Khadilkar family comes some more bad news.

This week it’s time for another family to bid adieu from the Sony’s <em> Waar Parriwar</em>. In a real shocker, the Khadilkar family of Maharashtra has been eliminated. A reliable source informs, “The Khandilkar family is eliminated this time. It was a very shocking moment for all of us as no one expected this to happen. The Chaturvedis, Rizvis and the Khandilkars were in the bottom three. We thought that Chaturvedis will say good bye as their performance was considered weak vis-?-vis the two families.”

The competition between the Maharashtrain family (Khadilkar family) and the Punjabi family (Punjabi cousins) is getting tougher as they both reach the semifinal rounds in Sony’s music show <em> Waar Parriwar</em>. Unfortunately though the show is a musical the music that is being played behind the scenes of the show is not melodious to the ears.

After the exit of the Bhagwat family last week, this time the Moyal folks got eliminated from Sony’s<em> Waar Parivar</em>. The Moyals have been unable to impress the judges and thus had to leave the platform. “Yes,we are eliminated this week. Basically it was my mistake as I had taken this competition very lightly,” says Harish. There was a controversy brewing on the sets in an earlier episode. “There was a controversy but it was later solved. Basically I was the captain of the team and was told to sing but I could not do so thus, I sent my brother to sing on stage,” confirms Harish.
