Star Plus’ much anticipated dance reality show, Dance +, launched last week. The Frames Production show has definitely managed to stand out with its quirky content and delightful presentation.

Remo Dsouza has turned a maha judge, while with the trio of Dharmesh, Shakti Mohan and Sumeet Naggdev act as mentors. And the nimble-footed Raghav ‘Crockroaxz’ Juyal debuts as a host, adding a lot of fun to the show. With the ‘final selection’ round all set to begin, we bring you 5 reasons why you should watch Dance + this weekend.

Amazing acts

The obvious objective of watching this show is to grasp the superb talent that has been brought to the stage. Every act has left us spell-bound, making us utter, ‘aur dikhao’.  Bomb Fire, Banjara Girl and V Company’s stellar acts were jaw-dropping. As for the others, Kachda boy Nadeem and the brother duo of Shafad and Arafad are to look forward to in the season.

Super cute Raghav

We are already impressed with his dancing, but what left us gaping in surprise was the guy’s natural flair as an anchor. From his unsuccessful attempts to patao Remo to his Ashirwad corner, Raghav keeps it cracking. The way he says that he would sit on Remo’s ‘charna’ is super adorable. Way to go boy, you’re talented!

Bumper dance by Sumeet

We all know that the judges are extremely gifted dancers, but Sumeet definitely has an added skill. His ‘bum’per dance performance left us in splits last week. Sumeet, you do know how to shake it! Be ready to see more of the derriere moves this week too.

The set and feel

The set of Dance + is oh-my-god brilliant. The right amount of lights, shine and glamour, gives the whole set a grand feel. Also, the background score of ‘dance meri pehchaan’ gave us goose bumps. Emotions and looks are brewed to perfection on this show.

Remo

We have  saved the best for the last. He might be one of the most sought after choreographers, but he is one humble man! The way he encourages every talent is so heart-warming. His struggles and experiences makes him modest, and we love everything about him! The love and respect that the judges, contestants and even the audiences have for Remo just proves how much he has managed to achieve!
