#MonsoonSpecial: TV Celebs share sweet rain memories

Monsoon Memories feature

We have seen plenty of rain sequences in numerous Bollywood movies. But what's that one memory you associate with rains? We asked our celebs to share theirs...take a look:

Vijayendra Kumeria- The best monsoon that I have experienced was two years ago. I went for a holiday to Goa with my college friends. I remember wandering the city on bikes and playing football in the rains. Cooking, enjoying Goan delicacies and partying all day long broke the monotony of our hectic lives. It was indeed the best holiday of my life.

Roop Durgapal- I remember during my college days I went to Mussoorie from Dehradun for trekking with my friends. All of a sudden it started raining and I could clearly see the clouds over me. Since it was a one day trek we were not even carrying our dresses and got completely drenched. It was dangerously beautiful and I can never forget that.

Amit Tandon- Not a favourite one but certainly one memorable event was when Iqbal (Khan) and I were shooting for our show during the July 26 flood. Suddenly our vanity got caught in the midst of the deluge and was floating. We rushed towards our car and struggled to get out of the place.

Shivangi Joshi- Recently, after completing my shoot around five in the morning, I was returning with my mom and Sarrtaj Gill when it started raining. We had hot snacks from a roadside vendor and were literally dancing in the rains. I am sure that onlookers must have thought that we were loonies!

Aadesh Chaudhury- I remember once I drove to Lonavla during the monsoon. It was a lovely journey and perhaps one of the fondest memories I have.

Ami Trivedi- I have always been fond of monsoons as my birthday falls during this season. I can recall that few years back during one of my birthdays my then-boyfriend (now husband) took me to Mount Mary Church and he lit up the entire way with candles. And as soon as we reached the top near the church, fire crackers started going up in the air. He really made me feel special that time.

We are sure that even our readers have some special memories of the season. Let us know about the same in the comment section below.
