Nausheen or Sangeeta? Humayyun of Ana (The Ego), the Indo-Pak serial starring Nausheen 'Kkusum' Ali Sardar and Aamna 'Kashish' Shariff is planning another serial titled Pehchan with Juhi 'Kumkum' Parmar in the lead. The grapevine has it that he might come in as a co-producer for a venture starring Divya Dutta which would probably have Sangeeta 'Pammi' Ghosh featured in it too. Now, we hear, Nausheen is also being considered for the same role. Or is it for another role, as some say? Anyway, Nausheen is all ready to star in one of Star's forthcoming projects; India's leading entertainment channel formally announced this babe's introduction into its extended family at the Star Parivaar Awards last week. Vikaas gung ho After the press conference of Ana- (The Ego), we bumped into Vikaas Kalantri (Nausheen's love interest, who will be seen in Money Money Money (co-starring Jackie, Tabu). Having dared to come in all black, he looked a picture of confidence. The boy's earlier films may not have hit bull's eye, but he's pretty perked up about his forthcoming ones. Remarkable confidence, wot? Rajeev & Aamna- Jodi No.1 And then, we saw the entire Kahiin To Hoga gang, who had obviously come to support Aamna and celebrate her moment of glory. The highlight of the evening was Rajeev Khandelwal aka Sujal (looking very handsome) swaying away to the non-stop beats with Aamna (looking very pretty, but a tad underweight) way past midnight. Just the other day, they looked so good together in Suraj Hua Madham at the Star Parivaar nite. No two opinions that they deserved the award for the 'Best Jodi- India'. We could not dance; we just stopped in our tracks to gaze. Ekta too! If her actors are partying, can the boss be far behind? At least not hard taskmaster Ekta Kapoor. If you work hard, you party hard. That seems to be the mantra of Shobha and Jetendra's darling daughter. Ought to have seen her rocking at her plush bungalow while celebrating her birthday on 10 June. Frenzied dancing, it was. And the who's who of Balaji Telefilms was there to register their presence. The party went on till the wee hours of the morning. Deepshikha too! It's been a week of parties, really. Not to forget Deepshikha's prelaunch bash of her husband's pub, D'Nosh. Along with booze and some scrumptious tidbits, the celebrities and guests kept flowing in. We spotted Poonam Dhillon, Aditya Panscholi, Shveta Salve, Niki Aneja Walia, Sweta Keswani, Sudhanshu Pandey with the Band of Boys Team, Naved Jaffery, Ravi Behl, Amit & Vaibhvi Behl ,Vikas Sethi, Delnaz & Rajeev Paul, Rakesh Paul, Anita Kanval with daughter Pooja, Anupam Bhattachrya, Anju Mahendroo, Akshay Anand, Sahila Chaddha, Rituu Raaj, Murli Sharma, Manish Goswami, Kanchan Adhikari, Narayani Shastri, Ritu Chudhary and Vivek Mushran. Rajiv looking better Happily married to Delnaz (who got rave reviews for her performance in Kal Ho Na Ho), Rajiv Paul (who started with Swabhimaan if we are not wrong) is getting his due at last. Back in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, he has now been inducted into Zee's Kittie Party as a politician. Better late than never.
