Arhaan Behl, best known for his dynamic role of an angry young man Thakur Krishna Singh in Mann Kii Awaaz Pratigya, is one person who loves eating anything and everything. He is a coffee lover who is working very hard to maintain his physique.
Personal fitness mantra: I believe in having good and healthy food along with a bout of regular exercise.
Personal diet mantra: I don’t follow a list of dos and don’ts because they don’t last for long. I eat everything but try and maintain a proper diet with intake of important vitamins and minerals.
Exercise routine: I go to a gym everyday for 1 and a half hours.
Is food the elixir of life? Yes, certainly, even if you are a foodie or not, it’s important to survive.
Are you a foodie? Yes, I used to be one, but now I have to maintain some fixed diet.
Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? I eat both.
Favourite cuisine: Both Chinese and continental.
Favourite dish: Rajma chawal, specifically made by my mother.
Favourite restaurant: Nothing in particular, because I like to have food from different places.
A must on my breakfast table: Milk, eggs and sprouted pulses.
Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: I am a coffee lover and so I like to have all varieties of coffee.
Lunch generally consists of: Since I don’t get to have lunch on time, I change the timing accordingly.
Dinner generally consists of: Since I like keeping myself light before going to sleep, I prefer having a light dinner.
Dessert delights: (Hmmm) I do love desserts and I wish I could have them.
One thing I can't resist: I don’t let anything to control my mind. Hence, there is nothing I can’t stay away from.
My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Coffee and Mocktail.
My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don’t consume alcohol.
At parties I have: Mocktails.
Most unusual dish I've tasted: Nothing in such.
Experiment with food: Yes I love experimenting but not outside my comfort zone.
On the streets, I love to have: Everything.
Do you cook? No I hate it.
Fitness tip: Nowadays everybody is very well aware of what to do and what not to do. I would just say one thing don’t overeat because it causes stomach problems and try and do some exercise like gyming, yoga or anything of your personal like.
