Life OK Screen Awards (Life OK) Popular entertainment industry magazine, Screen of the Indian Express group has been collaborating with popular GEC Life Ok to bring out Life OK Screen Awards year after year. The who's who of television and those associated with Colors are seen gracing this event. Star Pariwar Awards (Star Plus) As the word 'Pariwar' suggest, this is more like a family function of star. A platform where all its TV shows, actors, directors, producers and production houses are brought together and the best ones recognised and awarded. Usually all the big guns of small screen are seen at this award function. Big Star Entertainment Award (Star Plus) These awards honour personalities from the field of entertainment across movies, music, television, sports, theatre and dance. The USP of this award show is that it is completely viewer driven. The nominees and the final winners are decided through public voting rather than a fixed jury. Present by Reliance Broadcast Network, this one surely brings the best of movies, sports, music together on one platform. Zee Cine Awards (Zee TV) Zee Cine Awards completes a decade of being existence though it was not held in between for two years. This award show honours the best of Bollywood talent. Zee Cine Awards are well known for choosing exotic foreign locales to host their award shows and flying celebs first class to these destinations. IIFA Awards 2013 (Star Plus) The mother of all award shows, IIFA is more or less is treated like an all expenses paid foreign trip by most B-town celebs. From Macau to Singapore to USA, globetrotting is the middle name of IIFA. No stone is left unturned when it comes to taking care of the luxury of our Bollywood denizens who obviously are used to free pampering. This three-day extravaganza sees film workshops held by veteran actors, exquisite dance performances and stand -up comedy by anchors. The last edition of IIFA saw East meeting West with Hollywood biggies like John Travolta and other Kevin Spacey rubbing shoulders with Indian celebs.
