Very talented actor, Harsh Chhaya, who is currently essaying the role of Samarth Sachdev in Life OK’s Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh, feels that playing the role of a baddie is indeed interesting. In a candid conversation with Tellychakkar.com, the actor wittily said, “I find the role of a good man to be really boring. In real life I have to be a good man, be it a husband, or a father, or a friend. Now this is really boring”. “There are so many social bindings for a good man. I am tired of being one who abides to everything. So, at least in my films or serials I should get a chance to be a baddie”, added Harsh in a lighter vein. The man seems to enjoy working with Sonali Bendre (Sobha) in his Life OK show. Sharing his experience Harsh said, “This experience is simply wonderful. When you are getting the chance to work with her, what else can you ask for? It is not only about working with Sonali Bendre, but also about working with Balaji Telefilms. Though I have earlier worked with them in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, it was a cameo role”. When Harsh was asked about his choice of films he quickly said that characters are most important for him. “I have turned down many film offers, and few of them were big budget ones too. I don’t want to do just any film for the sake of doing it with big directors. I will only do good roles, only those characters, which I will find interesting. I have even done Jolly LLB and my role was for two scenes only. But my character, Albert Pinto, in that film was important”. The actor said that he is also working in a film titled Mumbai Tiger, which is under production. Harsh Chhaya is also a part of Colors’ Balika Vadu. We wish him all the luck.
