Actor Shahab Khan, Amrita Prakash and Yasir Shah in Disney Bindass' Yeh Hai Aashiqui

Seasoned actor Shahab Khan who impressed one and all with his loving father roles in shows like Pratigya and Desh Ki Beti…Nandiniwill be seen in an episodic of Disney Bindass’ popular show Yeh Hai Aashiqui (BBC Worlwide Media/ Lost Boy Productions). And giving him company will be the good looking Yasir Shah ––who made his debut in Indian television with Balaji Telefilms’ Khwaish –and the beautiful Amrita Prakash, who has been part of popular shows and films and recently seen in episodes of CID and Gumrah. The episodic will be based on cross border love story and how the lovers manage to unite fighting the society and family pressure. When we called Amrita, she confirmed her presence but asked us to call later. While Shahab gave us a brief, “This role was something very different and I really enjoyed the experience. Also getting to play a grey character was a first time for me. The episodic has a wonderful cast with a mix of new and veteran actors. The viewers will surely enjoy it.” Yasir remained unavailable. Interestingly, the episode has been directed by Ashima Chibber who had directed Yashraj’s Mere Dad Ki Maruti. The episode will be aired this Sunday (26 January).
