Well, here’s the food chart that Arjun followed.. Well, Arjun we hear, actually shared his complete schedule on the show Farah Ki Daawat, just to motivate many to take up the resolution.
A source from the set said, “Arjun used to take khojamas (modified French toast) for his breakfast. For lunch, he gulped in chicken, rice and dahi. The evening snack used to contain 2 sev puris and 2 meetha bhel which was like a perfect dessert for him. For dinner, Arjun used to have a full packet of chicken nuggets, 2-3 slabs of chocolates and 2 huge glasses of milkshakes.”
