Aroona Irani, last seen in Zee Tv's Sanjog Se Bani Sangini , will be seen in Sony Entertainment Television's new show, Rose Audio Visuals' Dekha Ek Khwaab that will go on air on 21 November. Aroona, who plays Rajmata Mrinalini Devi of Devgarh, is very excited about the show. Incidentally, Dekha Ek Khwaab will be one of the shows that will go to fill the slot left vacant by Kaun Banega Crorepati 5, the other being Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi. What is interesting is that this will be Aroona's second show that is replacing KBC. To flashback to the earlier part of the previous decade, it was Aroona's home production Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand which came on air at the time slot occupied by KBC on Star Plus when it completed its season. The show went on to become one of Star Plus' most successful launches and is ranked No. 7 on Star Plus top 10 shows of all time. Apart from these two connections, the Sony show shares another similarity with the Star Plus show. Both the shows have D as the first alphabet of the title. Not only this, the veteran actress told tellychakkar.com, that she wants the two shows to have a similar fate. "I want Dekha Ek Khwaab to be as successful as my home production was," says Aroona.
