Colosceum India’s upcoming reality show, Power Couple on Sony Entertainment Television is sure to grab the most popular couples on board.

Well, Tellychakkar.com has already exclusively reported about Pratyusha Banerjee and Rahul Raj Singh being roped in for the show.

We now hear that the heart throb Jodi Ashish Sharma and Archana Taide were in fact approached by the production house for their participation.

Wow, are their fans out there already rejoicing? Well, but the sad news that we have come across is that the couple has rejected the plump offer.

If sources are to be believed, this is the third reality show offer that Ashish and Archana have apparently rejected. They were earlier approached for the Season 6 and 7 of Nach Baliye.

Wondering why they might have refused the offer?

Our well-informed source states, “The very possible reason for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa winner Ashish to be declining Power Couple is that he is now all geared up to portray Lord Ram in Triangle Films’ upcoming big budget show on Star Plus, Siya Ke Ram.”

Also, with what we hear, Archana is apparently busy handling her own production and writing projects. She is presently writing shows for a regional channel.

The last we heard of this much-in-love couple was when we had gotten to know of Ashish and Archana enjoying a luxurious holiday in Thailand.
