Veebha Anand is exuberant on bagging the lead role in MTV’s upcoming youth-based show ‘Friendship Baazi’ that will tell the tale of the coming of age of two girls. Like every actor, Veebha too believes that her new show will touch big heights, and will be loved by viewers. And her belief only got stronger when she got to know the launch date of Friendship Baazi. Wondering what’s the connection? Well, it’s all in the launch date – 21 July. Veebha, who till today is fondly known as Suguna of Colors’ successful show Balika Vadhu, states the reason “Aah, Balika Vadhu launched on the same date, 21 July. And when I heard of Friendship Baazi launching on the same date, I could not control my happiness. I only wish that this show gets immensely popular like Balika Vadhu (smiles).” Veebha goes on to say, “This is certainly a good phase for me. Balika Vadhu goes on and on, and is only gaining in popularity. My other shows Sanskaar Lakshmi and Shree are now being aired on Zee Anmol. It seems as though I am seen everywhere (laughs).” Veebha, this is indeed a nice coincidence. May you repeat the success of Balika Vadhu with Friendship Baazi.
