Now we bring to you yet another breaking update from the Telly World.  

 Colors’ Choti Sarrdaarni has become a household name for everyone, one of the most popular shows telecasted with an intriguing storyline and awe-striking love drama. The show has Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Mahir Pandhi in the lead.

Sarabjeet and Meher’s love story has become an inspiration to many, also garnered a loyal fan base. Their sizzling chemistry often leaves fans in awe, and the little munchkins from the show are absolutely adored for their on-screen as well as off-screen bond.

We had earlier been informed that the show is all set to take a leap; the leap was expected to bring in a new story and major twists in Sarabjeet and Meher’s family. The whole cast is all set for a reversal as the old cast except Nimrit will be leaving the show post leap.

Now, a reliable source informed TellyChakkar that Mamta Luthra has been replaced by another veteran actress Alka Kaushal. 

 Alka Kaushal is an actress as well as a producer, known for her work in Marathi cinema. She is also popular for her roles in TV shows such as Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan and Qubool Hai, Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani to name a few.  

She has played supportive roles in numerous Hindi TV serials, mainly negative characters or vamps.

The details about her character are yet to be disclosed.
