The 26 episodes spectacle will have dance as its core theme. 

Helmed by BBC Worldwide, we have heard the makers have managed to pull a content coup of sorts.

Yes, youth icon ‘the’ Parth Samthaan (Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan fame), and trendy danseuse Mukti Mohan have been cast to romance each other in the finite series.

Acclaimed actress Gautami Kapoor too is in talks to play Mukti’s mom while Akshay Anand might come in as the father. Laut Aao Trisha fame Nalini Negi will play the negative lead.

Talking about the storyline, the tale will revolve around a mother-daughter relationship. The daughter (Mukti) will be mute by birth who will face challenges to become a dancer. She will toil hard in her quest to fulfil the dreams of her mother, who wanted to take up dance as a profession.

Quite a heart-warming tale…

Sources further maintain that after the final creative discussion and casting process, the team will shoot for the pilot.

When we called Gautami she denied the buzz while Nalini said, “I was in talks but haven’t heard anything from them till now.”

Our efforts to reach Parth, Mukti and producer Myleeta Aga proved futile.

Channel spokesperson remained clueless about the buzz.
