MUMBAI: Hina Khan is doing great professionally. The stylish actress, known for TV soaps like Kasautii Zindagii Kayy 2 and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has made her debut at Cannes Film Festival this year.  

The actress is attending Cannes 2019 for the poster launch of her upcoming film, Lines. Her red carpet debut at the French Riviera has garnered praises as well as criticisms. 

Some think that Hina deserves every bit to be at the Cannes 2019 as she has done so on her own merit, while some have been constantly questioning her ability and also the reason why she deserves to be there.                           

To those who have been questioning her merit, Hina has given a befitting reply. She took to social media and wrote, "I was persistent, I am consistent, and I will be efficient again n again n again. Don't know where I belong don't know if I have to, the place don't define me because as always I will work my a** off and I will make my own place! My promise, a proud outsider from my Chandivali Studio."
