The Bahu Olympics in Zee TV’s Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein commenced last week and in the coming week, the competition reaches a new high with many more interesting challenges thrown at the teams. In the first task of the Minute To Win It game, each contestant is asked to carry marbles placed in a spoon which is held in their mouth and they have to walk a particular distance and drop the marbles in a basket. Gehna (Gunn Kansara) and her team drop the maximum number of marbles in the basket and emerge as the winners. In the second task, the contestants have to eat as many pani puris as they can, and Lovely (Ragini Nandwani) and her team are declared winners! In the badminton round, Gehna gets injured and is disqualified and Lovely and her team again emerge winners. In the tomato hitting task, Lovely and Bindeshwari (Vibha Chibber) come face to face and compete. In the final task of the round, which is the blind folded handi hitting task, Lovely and her team win, and with this they are declared the winners in this level of Bahu Olympics. However, in the Beauty and Brains round, Lovely and her team face a setback. Aarti and team over dress and make a mockery of themselves. Lovely’s team showcases the various facets of an Indian woman, which involve a home maker, office-goer, and a village belle. The judges are impressed by their performances. Aarti and team try to goof up Gehna and their team’s performance, but Gehna, Bindeshwari and Ria (Preet Kaur) dress up as the three Goddesses – Laxmi, Durga and Saraswati, and thereby win the round. In the buzzer round, Lovely chooses not to answer to a question as she wants Gehna to answer. Lovely’s team gets eliminated which makes them sad. We tried contacting Ragini Nandwani but she remained unavailable. With one final round i.e. the Football round to go, it will be interesting to see which team manages to go over the line and win the Bahu Olympics.
