Dimple has bagged a key role in one of the upcoming special episodes of Sony TV’s popular thriller series CID (Fireworks) .

We hear that, Dimple will be seen playing a Bollywood star in an upcoming special episode of CID. Her character name would be Riya who lodges a complaint with the CID after she is stalked by one of her fans.
The story will eventually build up to a nail biting climax.

When we contacted Dimple, she confirmed the development with us and said, “It has been an amazing experience shooting for the episodic and working with the team. I have been a fan of CID since long and it’s my pleasure to be a part of it.”

“I have been doing cameos post marriage and now I am looking forward to a full-fledged role in a daily soap,” she added.

The episode will air on 22nd July.

Good luck, Dimple!
