Dinesh Mehta and Worship Kkhanna to play cameo roles in Star Plus' Diya Aur Baati Hum

Dinesh Mehta and Worship Kkhanna
Good news for all Diya Aur Baati Hum (Sashi Sumeet Productions Ltd) fans. Finally, after lot of hardship and struggle, the petite bahu Sandhya (Deepika Singh) has achieved her dream of becoming an IPS officer. Now, in the coming track, a happy Sandhya will come back to her hometown Pushkar. But the moments of happiness will be short lived. According to our sources, after coming to Pushkar, Sandhya (IPS officer) will have to battle with a new villain Someshwar Pawar, to be portrayed by Dinesh Mehta (Buddha fame and last seen in Shapath). An aggressive, tall and brawny lad, he will be a typical Rajasthani man. And to add more masala and twist in the show, Worship Kkhanna, who has done many cameos in shows like Dil Dostii Dance, Sapne Suhane… and Yeh Rishta… will play the young brother of Someshwar. A devoted brother, he will be a funny and interesting character. When we called Dinesh, he confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I am doing the show but can’t reveal the track and my character look.” And when we buzzed Worship, he chose not to comment. So get ready to witness another interesting plot in Diya Aur Baati Hum. Their entry particular episode will be telecast on 22 April.
